Office Buildings
Suites, corridors, lobbies and conference rooms repainted after hours so desks are usable the next morning.
Offices, retail, HOA and multifamily, industrial facilities and hospitality — painted around your operation, not through it.

What this covers
Commercial painting is a scheduling problem as much as a finishing one. Tenants need their suite back in the morning, a store cannot lose a Saturday, a hotel is selling rooms on the floor above, and a warehouse still has to ship. So the plan comes first: which areas, in what order, on which nights, and what state everything is in when your people arrive the next day.
Luxury Painting LLC works across office buildings, retail spaces, HOA and multifamily property, industrial facilities and hospitality. You get a written scope with a phase plan, a defined crew, and areas handed back clean and usable at the end of each shift — not a site that stays half-covered for a fortnight.
How we do it
Every step below happens on every job of this type. Nothing here is an optional extra we quote separately later.
We scope the actual areas, note access, and identify what has to stay operational throughout.
Areas, sequence, shifts and handback times, so facilities, tenants or store staff can plan around it.
Floors, fixtures, stock and equipment are masked and covered, with work areas separated from the areas still in use.
Wash down, repair, fill and prime — the same standard as residential work, at commercial scale.
Sprayed, rolled or brushed as the surface and the environment require, with coatings chosen for the traffic the space takes.
Each phase is cleaned and returned ready to use, and we walk the completed areas with your representative.
Commercial timelines are built around your operating hours, not ours. Tell us the windows you can give us — nights, weekends, floor by floor — and the estimate is phased to fit them.
Commercial-grade coatings selected for traffic and cleaning regime: scrubbable finishes for corridors and common areas, moisture- and abrasion-tolerant products for industrial space, and low-odor options where a building stays occupied. Products are named in the scope.
Sectors we cover
Each sector has its own constraints — trading hours, tenants, shifts, guests. The scope is written around them.

Suites, corridors, lobbies and conference rooms repainted after hours so desks are usable the next morning.

Sales floors, fitting rooms, feature walls and back-of-house, sequenced around trading hours.

Common areas, corridors, unit turns and building exteriors, priced and phased for boards and managers.

Warehouse walls, high ceilings, mezzanines, safety markings and coatings that stand up to traffic.

Guest rooms, lobbies, lounges and corridors turned over floor by floor with the property still open.
Why it matters
Phased work, agreed access windows and clean handbacks at the end of every shift.
Areas, sequence, products and price set out in advance, so there are no mid-project surprises for a board or a facilities budget.
Colors, sheens and specifications recorded so the next building or the next turn matches the last one.
Questions
Yes — evenings, overnight and weekends are normal for commercial work. Tell us the access windows you can offer and the phase plan is built around them.
Work areas are isolated from areas in use, dust and odor are controlled, and each phase is cleaned and handed back before the next one starts. For hotels and multifamily we work floor by floor or stack by stack so the rest of the property keeps trading.
Regularly. We provide a written scope a board can review and approve, keep the color scheme documented for future phases, and coordinate notices so residents know which areas are affected and when.
Yes. Send the color references or a physical sample and we will match them and record the formula so future work across your locations stays consistent.
Also available
Most projects combine more than one of these. Quote them together and we sequence them in the right order.
